Busy?!?, you don't do anything...not like your setting up a NE Webpage or anything...lol...

BTW, since your busy and I'm not I looked up the Belkin thing. They still sell it and it has an updated body:

Sorry, but your post is kinda confusing...when you mean TV, do you mean screen or TV? I have a 7" screen, no TV. I have a MU and everything is pioneer. Here is the components:

Pioneer AVX-7000CD - 7" Screen and CD player
Pioneer AVM-P8000R - Master Unit
Pioneer AVIC-9DVD - Navigation / DVD player
Pioneer SDV-P7 - DVD Player
Pioneer CDX-P1270 - 12 Disk CD Changer

sorry for the confusing post, i was pretty tired =)

regarding the screen... it's just a screen and cd player correct? it does not have a built in am/fm tuner right? does the master unit have a am/fm tuner? if so - how do you control the tuner? remote control?

Yeah, the screen is just a screen and CD player. Pioneer makes just the screen, screen/CD, and screen/dvd. The master unit controls AM/FM. The screen/cd doesn't come with a remote, so you use the one that comes with the master unit, but in my case I use the one that came with the Navigation unit (I actually have three remote controls, but everything works off of 1). The 7000 master unit is very basic. The 8000 adds visual effects (eye candy). The 9000 is a waste because all it adds is 5.1 support and unless you have a center channel in your car its useless.

love the security led i did mine last week and love it!

now the challenging one is the cruise control i have tried and not succeded... i got the led to work and light up when i power it will right voltage when it isn't back in the casing... but i can't get the contacts to work right when i put it all back together to my cruise control offically doesn't work! lol oh well... i think it might be a fuse... or a CEL that hasn't cleared as i did get a CEL at first but then the light when off (i was moving the metal over the contacts to test the led and gave me a CEL dumb me lol)

if anyone could offer any help it would be much appreciated

i used a regular led as the car will take care of the blinking... i used a 276-311 from radioshack despite what tif says... and if you want more bright blue then deep rich blue use a 276-313

Contact Don (MyPearlTPI@aol.com) he has plenty of the blue flashing LED's and thet are much brighter then the Radioshack ones plus they are very simple to wire.

Not really, his are 12V ready...the ones you get at radio shack aren't....if you want them to run when you remove the key you need to adapt them to work off a 12v source...mine turns on even if my alarm isn't. I'd rather have it blink with it off then not blink with it off...sometimes I forget to arm it...

umm as far as that goes they stock one isn't 12v! there is a tiny resistor in there which drops the voltage... so even with a 12v led it won't matter as the same signal is going to it... that point is rather mute unless you choose to rewire the security led not just replace the led... i used the stock resistor just replacing the led and leaving the rest the same

Yeah, thats why my led is really really really bright! I bypassed the factory LED and switch. I just used the housing and wired it directly to the car so when I remove the key it automatically lights up.

ok that a bit differnt but trust me even the blue one i have is enough to light up my drivers seat well! so if it is brighter then that DAMN more power to ya but i wanted to keep stock function just blue in color
