"Automatic" trunk lid is back

Hate to say this but my trunk lid popped open on its own again, has anyone had this happen and/or is there a TSB regarding this?

Is your trunk wired to open automatically or remotely? If not, I would check the latch to see if it is functioning properly. It seems like the latch may not be "catching" when closed.

It opened on its own while driving and I didn't even touch anything to cause it to pop open

What are the chances you're accidentally knocking the trunk release on the door trim? I've seen some folks complain that the location of the button sucks .. I've never had any problems with it.

Otherwise, I can only think of you having a bad switch or trunk lid opener relay (if there's one for the vehicle).

When I first got my Maxima I hit it 3 times while driving the first week I had the car. The location of the release is horrible, IF your not used to it. After making the error three times I am adjusted to the location and actually like it.
