Last time I checked, they were about $45 each on some online nissan part search site. I check all mine with a multimeter not that long ago. They were all in spec.

i changed one already and i feel the symptoms coming back from another blown one
The only good part is that i get Nissan parts at cost
so for $60 i may change out the 5 remaining and not worry about it anymore.

My brother had a rough idle but not so rough as to make you think about it the give away was the idle would drop then jump (A misfire) and sometimes under hard throtle it would just act like it had no power then almost die and seconds later back to normal... almost like it had somthing stuck in the injector and it finally passed.
He also had a CEL after about 3months of these symtoms.

My story: (SE-L, ~30K)
Driving home on the frwy, the car kind of stutters, CEL comes on immediately, but the car keeps driving like normal. I take it to the dealer the next morning (Town North Nissan in Austin), they call me around noon and tell me one of my ignition coils went out, causing a misfire. Then he says "We went ahead and replaced all 6 coils, and the total bill is $940 sir." My jaw drops in absolute disgust and just before I break into tears, he goes "All under warranty, you can come pick it up anytime you're ready, no charge."

Coils
A buddy of mine with a 99 GXE, 65000 miles, started having major drivability problems. He took it to the dealer, and they told him all 6 coils would need replacing. They wanted $95/coil + installation, bringing the total to almost $700!! He called me, I had him call Courtesy (I think they were $55 each from there), and we put them in ourselves (Put some new NGKs in at the same time).
Don't really know if all six were really bad, but he figured he'd go ahead and do it anyway (I think he had codes indicating problems in at least three of them).
