exhaust size w/ SC

hey guys...now, I know I'm somewhat new around here, but I know enough to SEARCH before I ask any questions, and unfortunately couldn't find an answer to my question. here goes: getting the SC from Stillen reeeeaally soon and I need to get an exhaust as well. Now, at one time or another, I thought they sold 3 inch y pipes and cat backs. Is this no longer true? If so, should I consider a 3 inch system over a 2.5 inch system for more air movement?? Any help my friends, as always, is greatly appreciated!!

I did my homework on this one. As far as I could tell from my searching and reading and question-asking is that 3" is counter-productive. Warpspeed made one for an SC guy by request who actually ended up dynoing less. I'd just go with 2.5". Warpspeed is working on a 2.75 inch so we'll see... Good luck.

Right, just as I never take one person's opinion as the answer, don't take just mine. But I think you'll see that 2.5" is fine for an SC. If you had a turbo, I'd say 3". Talk to Dallas a warpspeedperformance.com. Cool guy. He's the one who tried a 3" for someone and he's the one working on a 2.75". If you need any help with the SC feel free to e-mail me anytime.
