Does anyone heave the injen technologies cai?

does anyone hanve the injen cai yet? i want to know other peoples' opinions first before i spend $250 on it. Also does anyone know of anywhere else to find it besides nopi.com? i heard that the injen intake won't have the filter in the same spot as the other cai's but it will be closer to the front of the car more like a little fake intercooler. any help would be great.
