Same with me...for 3 months now.

While I'm sure their customer service is good because of all the people on this board who praise them, I don't think it's all that good.

They tend to reply to posts on this board faster than E-Mail, and they rearely answer their phone.

But they are a credible company, once you CAN get ahold of them.

How is the VI going?

My exhaust is starting to feel it's age so my priorities have just switched. But my next step will be the VI intake, after maby ECU from MaximaDriver.

3 months ago they were real speedy with both emails and calls, but lately, they haven't been at all.

I wrote an email that never got a response, but I did get Dallas on the phone when I called. I think the biggest problem is that so many people call and email that Dallas doesn't get a whole lot of work done. The more time he spends talking the less time he can spend making ypipes and developing new items i.e. radial arms.

Yeah they haven't got back to me yet either. I was going to order a test pipe and a new flex section for the 1st WSP ypipe that I have.

People will pay more for good service. their main hook was a decent product with proper support. Everytime they neglect to respond to someone, they lose a customer.

And Jime, that is so true..

Maybe, you could initiate that????????

I agree that they should try to make their customer service better, but they also grew incredibly fast. They probably need more staff.
It would also help solve things if people read before asking a ton of questions. For every Ypipe question here I'm sure Dallas gets 10 questions via email and a few phone calls.

WSP customer service

FYI, our 800 # is answered 4 + days a week for 9 am till 5 pm CST. Many people call daily to see if their stuff is sent out, not only wasting their time but ours as well. Lynne (sister and part owner) can answer 75% of all calls and has direct contact with Dallas or me daily. She usually knows what is in stock and how long the wait will be. We have added an additional welder and expect to catch up soon. We don't like it either when it takes us several days to get back to a customer. Your best bet for fast action is to call our 800 #, leave a message, name and number.Dallas will be posting some PICs tonight of some stuff he worked on today.
