first take an ordinary blow dryer and let it run on the emblem for a little while. Then take some strong dental floss and kind of "saw" it off. It should come off pretty easily, then heat it up again and use googone on the left over glue. Right after it is off make sure you wax where it used to be, give it a good two coats. It will probably leave a little mark but will go away after a while.

Before you do any of this, be sure to wash the burger and surrounding area with warm, car-soapy water. This will ensure you're not flossing any grit/sand residue trapped in the crevices back and forth against the paint surface while you're working the floss. . .

When I did mine, I was able to remove any sign that it was ever there. Goo Gone, Bug & Tar Remover - either can be used with a clean cloth/towel to remove any residue after you floss the badge off.

Follow this with a cleaner polish, like from Meguire's or Mother's. Apply 1 or 2 times, or until all traces of residue are gone.

(While you're at it, do the whole trunk-lid, so it's even - or better yet, do this on wax-day & do the whole car).

Then, apply a couple coats of cleaner wax or finish wax (Again, I've had great luck w/ either Meguiar's or Mother's brand products)

When finished, sit back & enjoy the fruits of your labor!
