The only plug that I have ever seen,

add HP on the Dyno is Denso Iridium which cost about $15 a piece,I have them and like them.

I have heard many complaints with the Bosch+4,

plugs causing power losses, also about 2 years ago consumer reports did a review on them and did not recommend them for any application.I would either go with NGK platinum OEM plugs or my favorite choice Denso Iridium.

Most people here like the stock spark plugs...NGK Platinums.

Normal Nissan dealer will charge you like $20/piece. But Courtesy or Carparts.com charges like $7-8 per plug.

In a old car tuner Mag,

they replaced a NA Honda Civic with OEM plugs and Dyno'd it and then replaced the new OEM plugs with the Denso Iridium plugs and gained 2.3HP on the top and even more in the Midrange. Also they tested a Sykline or something that had like 28PSI pumping in the engine from the turbo's and they used the the Denso Plugs and gained like 28HP, but don't expect more then 3-4HP from the plugs unless you are using some sort of forced induction.

How hard is it to change the plugs? Cause i think i might get the densos cause soon i will run out of things to do to my max except a supercharger.

Bosh Platinum plugs cause a rough idle in any Maxima. Stick with the NGK Platinum.

I'm gonna have to say stay with stock. The minds over at Nissan knew what they were doing when they put the NGK's in the Max to begin with. The Iridium plugs may give you 2.3hp or something like that, but it's not gonna be a "tires spinning off the line" difference. You might not even feel it at all. I say stick with the oem plugs and save some dough IMO.
