Which Light Bulb to get?

Hey guys! I've just noticed that one of my fog light bulbs r burnt and I was wondering which bulb to get to replace it? I'm thinking of replacing my headlights too. Is there a big difference between Xenon and PIAA? Generally speaking, whichone lasts longer and how long do they last when compared to the stock? I also read that PIAA has a limited life time warranty? What exactly do they mean by that?
