V1 SuperCharger instructions

Anyone have a copy of the V1 Supercharger instructions in color???

I got my S/C, but it came with the V2 Instructions, even though it is a V1.

I have a B/W copy, but color would help a little more.

Thanks!

Yeah the V2 install is a more complicated ****... new tensioner pulleys etc... be thanful you have a V1 kit.. and I will leave it at that.

Daniel,

Not to disrespect the V2 kit... I was actually working on one last night but the V1 kit has a greater reputation for reliability and stability versus the V2 kits. The plastic pulley issues being the most common. I would take a V1 kit over a V2 any day... IMHO I think I have the best of both worlds, a V2 blower with a V1 kit. To my knowledge I think I am the only Maxima guy to bite on the trade in, and after the hell I went through to get the new blower from Vortech, I am loving it... it is so nice and quiet. Almost makes me want a stock exhaust so I could totally go into sleeper mode.

No plastic pulleys for me... got some high quality DanNY pulleys!

I've read the numerous horror stories in here and it all seems to be plastic pulley related in the V2 kit, apart from the odd few SC bearing problems. Is the use of the plastic pulley the only difference between the V1 and V2 kit? Isn't the piping, Bosch unit and FMU the same in both kits?

Btw I'm still running on the stock exhaust here and without the body kit I'd be still in sleeper mode. I wouldn't mind a bit more exhaust noise but the little lady would protest!

:o)

I tried to get those for my write-up. I even contacted Stillen for the pdf. Because when you get your V2, the instructions are b+w but when you ask Stillen for the .pdf, they are color. That's why I have color V2 instructions on my cardomain site:

http://www.cardomain.com/member_page...=181995&page=9

So I could not get them for the V1 instructions:

http://www.cardomain.com/member_page...181995&page=11

However, 70% of the V1 pictures are found in the V2 instructions! So look at both the V1 instructions and my color V2 instructions. Good luck.
