It's Not Fraud...

Its not goin gto be insurance fraud because I have uncovered more dirt about my originalt mechanic. He typed on my original invoice "1994 maxima" when mine is a 95. hmmmmmmm is he using the wrong part totally by referring to his computer for my vehicle production date rather than looking at the car itself inside the door jamb?

You're really strtching it buddy. There is no way you are going to get compensated for anything besides parts and maybe labor on this one. Let it go.

even IF he is a dishonest mechanic and has been doing people wrong...you're still commting insurance fraud by making up stories and lies and trying to get money from him.

thats like saying: "this guy murdered my dad, so i killed him. but i didnt commit murder because he did something wrong first"

it doesnt work like that.
