Will I need adapter for MOMO e brake handle?

Do I need an adapter for this e brake handle? Also, can I use the stock boot or must I buy a new one? Thanks..here is a

yes. you will need the adapter. if you're a 4th gen, you don't need a new boot. i used my stock on. just unbutton the first button and cover the screw part of the ebrake with it... it'll stay.
