You're right. That would be very impressive for stock. According to the wheel weights page here;

The stock 16" SE wheel weighs 19.6 lbs. It's the 15" wheel that weighs 16.something pounds.

I sell and ship these wheels all the time- it's 19.6 lbs.

Regardless if they are 16 lbs or not, a 17 inch rim that weighs 16 lbs will be rotationly heavier than a 16 inch rim that weighs the same.Originally posted by BlackMaxAaron
