make sure all your hoses and clamps are tight on your intake...make sure there are no leaks....clean out your throttle body second, and see if that solves the problem....if not, clean out your IAC valve (search on how to), and if that still doesnt solve it, check for any error codes...may be the knock sensor

If your idle is too low, it's bound to shake. Make sure the idle is where it should be.

That sounds low to me, idle should be at least 600.

dam man, i just installed PR CAI a week ago and there are two hoses connected to transmission that are now disconnected and just chillin in the bay...and there is one sensor that is not connected cause i can't find where to connect it...the engine light is on and car shakes a lot, but it was shaking before i put CAI on and even before i cleaned throttle body, i see it getting worst when i put AC on but when i put car on park it doesn't shake at all...it doesn't shake when i'm driving neither, only when in idle....anybody know what this problem is? I think i'm going to have to make new thread about these disconnected hoses....

Thats the breather for the tranny. They don't go anywhere, they just hang out.

Air intake temp sensor perhaps? There should be a place to put that in the intake.

the engine light is on
PULL THE CODES!

A shake could be caused by a misfire, low compression in a cylinder or faulty, cloged injectors bad spark plugs. You may be in need of a fuel system service. 3M has a kit that will clean your entire fuel system. Most dealers will perform this service for you. Cost is around 100 bucks.

Hopefully you don't have cylinders with low compression, that would mean engine trouble. Pistons/Rings/Valves. A compression test would pick up any internal engine problems.
