It's called "gutter guard". It is a rectangular shaped piece of wire mesh that has a couple of hinges on one side. Comes in silver or black mesh and each package has 4 pieces.

Home Depot

Yeah, it's also called Gutter Mesh... It's the cheapest way to do it. I did mine last week, cost $5. But I did talked to a friend who used to work at a hardware store. He said those Mesh are gulvinized, meaning that if the nickel plating wears away, it'll rust because it's just steel underneath. So put a couple coats of clear coat and you should be all set. I didn't clear coat mine, I'll have to do it soon cause it's starting to rain here in Oregon again. See this thread:

There are pictures you can see
If you can't find it at Ace, find a place that sells gutters for houses, they should have it.

BlackRob, If you need a piece of gutter mesh I have a few pieces. They only come in like a four pack. I only needed one piece. It's about as wide as the MAX and a few inches high. Give me your addess and I can ship it to you. My work pays for shipping so I don't care about the shipping costs.Just being a good guy
