It's basically the same exact diagram as the one Jime posted, but it's for the 3rd gen instead of the 4th gen. The terminals will be different if you have a 95 Maxima.

What I am running right now is simply a SPST switch that grounds the wire for the high speed fans. I don't see a reason to ever run the low speed fans. If you need your fans to kick on, you probably need them to kick on full speed.

I used a red inline wire splice that simply taps into the wire without cutting it into two pieces. When you ground the wire, the ECU will kick the fans on.
