Can anyone tell me the warranty info on the 99 SE concerning air bag system (my air bag light keeps going off for no reason). How many miles, years etc. Thanks a lot.

 

you should have about 5 years unless they find any proof of tampering

 

Thanks for the reply, I actually got back from a dealer 10 min ago and he said that it all depends on the part. It may be 3 yr/36 000 miles or 5/60 000. But dealers are such ****ing hasslers that nothing would stop them from telling me that the broken part is not covered by warranty. Do you know how would I find out?

 

Do you still have your owner's manual? I think it's all written in there what is covered or not.
