oh about 6 yrs old..and yes they will fit an 02/03 (same speaker setup) ...to be honest you will want "something" to push these cause they still sound good. You can find an adapter (if you have a aftermarket headunit or non BOSE unit) on Crutchfield for about 40 bucks and it sounds just as good as having a bose head unit..see below..
