I installed the lic plate lights, had to sand down the sides n edges just a bit to make them fit . Can't tell how bright they r yet since the sun is still out , but they look very nice when light up .

 

Lic plate install notes:

yeah the black housing requires a small sanding job to take off that thing border (bump). also i guess the ones that got it figured out what to do with the wire. I just wrapped mine in a circle (being sure the resistor is not bent too much) inside the black housing and then clipped the clear cover over everything. If its too tight then just sand down the black housing a little more making sure not to sand off the clips that hold the clear plastic piece on

ALSO for those with 00 w/sunroof. I just bought a map light housing and will make sure they will fit 100% when you get them. i really want these to be perfect like all the other boards when i send them to you. I try my best in exchange your patience please. Happy Holidays!

 

I didn't sanded down my black housing; however, I sanded the led bulbs more, and it fits.

 

same here didn't need to sand down the black housing. But I gotta say these r bright , I'd do agree they r very close to the lexus brightness. Just these have more of a blue tint to them,but they look great very happy wit them.

as of now i have 01_maxine and you on the wait list. I expected flakers soo yeah. also i ordered JonBlz a full set in white (they cannot do blue) so if he doesn't want it. that's one extra of everything! i dont want to keep an inventory as i dont expect this to last very long, as you can see the demand has decreased already. I may try the 4th geners but i need to buy all of their light housings and such. anyways long post short. I'll let you know what i have left.

are the sets marked? like doors, dome, etc.

 

well its kinda one size fits one size. lol the dome you can tell it'll be the largest, doors fit vvvery snug. 18LED...and the lic are tiny tiny. maps are square. i can label them for you if you'd like.

thanks! lol i may actually stop doing this after all the current orders are in, i feel horrible that i'm holding you guy's money with no product. i just couldn't have the credit card charged like that. Trust me, once they get in MY hands it'll be out, tested, fitted, and ready to plug and play, (1 day turn around) and of course shipped within 2 days. I was told i'll be getting them this week. its the holidays (i guess the only real time they get off/use up their vacation days)

 

im getting smashed tonight so I dont expect you to be working either

 

ahah welllll funny you mention that i got most of the boards in yesterday after work. so i worked on everything today on my day off from my full time job im still waiting on the map lights, i guess the shape takes longer. i dunno. but everything is looking good. im going to get all the work for the other boards done before the maps are done.

For ones that HAVE NOT paid. i will be sending one more invoice. after i'm ready to ship and you dont pay. i'm giving other people your spot.

NICE! i'll be getting the maps by the weekend. working on them/testing on sunday and it'll be out monday/tuesday (lastest!).
