Interest in VQ35 ported/polished heads w/ JWT C2 cams?

EDIT: 2/4/08 price drop!

considering parting out the motor i am building... i have put a lot of money into this and i want to go to school, so all my goodies need to go, including the car.

Anyway, about the heads, I had them professionally ported by my machinist that has recently retired, nothing but top notch work from him. I had him clean up the intake ports and do some bowl work. The intake split is knife edged. Exhaust ports were also cleaned up and polished.

While he was in there he installed the JWT valve springs and shims.

All of the lifters/cam buckets are the correct height for a cold lash of .010-.013" with the C2 cams.

Cams themselves are 261/261 duration, and have .456"/.456" (11.5824mm) lift
http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/cus...asp?PartID=461

also, the cams will have sprockets/phasers come with.

Price is $1750 OBO

Edit: i will also be selling the rest of the engine... ~1000 miles on it, ARP rod bolts, 04+ block, timing covers,upper/lower oil pans. swap on your topend and sensors and it will be ready to go. $750 picked up.

What is the difference?
Any dyno/flow bench charts to prove the gains?

Nice pics. Nice light p&p. Did the machinest gasket match the lower intake ports?
Also how did he achieve the proper cold lash? grind valves or match the buckets? What angle valve job & valve seals did you use?
Did you happen to put these bad boys on a flow bench?

Overall you are selling them for a good price.

the im not sure how much he opened them up exactly... it is not gasket matched. I asked him to clean them up and do some bowl work.

to get the proper lash i bought new cam buckets for get the correct height.

oem seals and no valve job... I chose not to do them... already sunk enough money into these guys.

no flow bench
