This is BRAND NEW. Never used, has a battery in it, to be honest with you i dont even know if the battery works. It was from a 2000 Maxima that we had at my work, for some reason we still had a set of keys + remotes for it but the car was LONG gone. I made an offer they gave me the keys + remote. Keys were useless they were already cut.
