FS: HKS Sport Axle-back Exhaust
FS: HKS Sport Axle-back Exhaust
I have a used HKS axle-back for sale. It has under 4000 miles on it and is in good condition, just dirty obviously. It doesnt sound ricey at all and has a nice deep tone to it. Only reason im selling it is because i want a full catback. Im looking to sell this for $270 but ill also trade for full catback. Let me know.
Heres what it looks like on the car.

Hi fellow orgers. Met up with jbrooks870 for a test drive with the HKS.
Everything is stock except this axle back. First of all, his is a manual so drone or noise can
vary as you can control shift points. Autos don't really have that option.
Start-up nice low tone. Can hardly hear it. A good thing IMHO. We took a ride, and just
as I thought 2200-3000 RPM you can hear the muffler. Low and there. Not overpowering or
ricey. But its there. Low frequency sound. When you let go of the gas, its more prominent.
Not bad. But if you are used to silent coasting, this will be the most noticeable time. Over 3000k
the low tone fade and you hear the engine.
Do I like it?... yes.
Do I like our virtually 'silent stock muffler'?..yes.
Is this a good deal?.. YES!
Is it still available? Yes... but definitely not for long.
--- I'd love to buy, but my funds are going to the install of my SFC.
Installation seems easy enough. My overall verdict is a THUMBS-UP. Anyone who wants a quality
muffler that looks beefy but not fart can looking - this is the one. You will hear it deep not raspy.
