WTB: 5.5 Gen Short Ram Intake

I am looking for a Berk short ram intake with the Apexi Filter or the AEM Dryflow Filter, or any non-ebay/offbrand intake. It can be new or used, I am just looking for a really good deal on a full intake.

Thanks!

do you have any pictures of it? is it the polished or black? what condition is it in?

i don't want to be a low baller, but my car payment and car insurance payment leaves me with low cash. what is the cheapest you will let it go for?

Thanks!

well you said you wanted an AEM or APex-i, two completely different filters. The tube is the exact same length as a berk, so yes it performs the same, it's 7" long and 3" diameter identical to the berk except it is about 5/16" thick at the breather tube whereas the berk might be 1/16" thick

well i was referring to the actual berk intake system...i see more people with the AEM dryflow filter, so that's why i said either/or. what does the 4/16" breather thickness difference do?

not much really, it's just really strong, and personally I think it looks better. I have another style which is identical to the frankencar style, I'll post pics for that, but I don't have silicon couplers or clamps for it

ok, I have a 00-01 version and an 03 version, no couplers or clamps, just the filter, midpipe and the maf adapter, they have been ecoated, and will need to be painted the color of your choice

a sound clip from my car would be useless because i have a full exhaust including headers from cattman, so it would not sound very loud. Plus I don't have anything to record sound with. The aluminum one is almost as loud as a berk, with a slightly different tone. Most people wouldn't notice a difference.

well seeing that i can get a brand new berk+aem (like knight_yyz's) for $170...and the berk+apex-i for $200...i was hoping i could get a used one for like $120-$150.

but like i said, i don't have the money for any intake right now, i am just trying to see if anyone has an intake for sale that is willing to hold it until i get my paycheck.

i'm shipping from Canada so I think it's a pretty good deal. Also forgot to mention that it includes SS bolts and nuts to hold the MAF adapter to the MAF.
