Good price but mine is shifting fine right now. Like everyone else though, I do have the cold weather soft shift (occasional 100 rpm slip) on the 2-3 upshift until the transmission warms up. Whether or not it is eating up the clutch packs, I don't know. I have 142k on the car so maybe it is a matter of time.

Is this a VLSD trans?

 

IIRC, all 2002 maximas came with open differential transmission. No LSD option of any kind on 02.
