I'm Interested...I assume this would work with my 01 GLE? I ask because the computer chip in the key. I know it can be cut to fit, but I didn't know about the chip.

all you would have to do is go to nissan and the would handle it.

Correct, it will work with your 01. When they cut the key, you will have to
bring in your other keys to have them reprogrammed, all together. That's
what the dealer told me. Yes, it has a chip inside.
