It's practically the same thing (if you've been reading the threads). The only thing you have to do is take off your iat (temp sensor) from your current maf and stick it on the '01. It takes literally 2 mins (pry the clips apart, put on new maf, tighten clips). Ebay had some 01s with maf tube for like 90 bucks. I believe some 2002s had issues with new mafs (needed reprogramming or some dumb crap), but the 03s are fixed. I've done it a few times on an 02 and just the other day on my 03. And you'll want a new one just because...
