Its super easy.

-Unbolt the vias box and pull it out. Make sure the cup that holds the rod is in there (dont want that lil **** falling into the IM )

-On the direct other side of the IM (passenger side), unscrew two screws on that little plate opposite the vias box.

-Pull out power rod (theres a chance you have clearance issues with the ac line being right there but nothing difficult)

-Put everything back together and enjoy.

I can snap pics for you if you like.

So right now my idle is at around 800 to 1000... nothing would change? Also since I will be taking out the power rod I wont need the switch I have to power it right? Just wondering cause really interested. Thanks

No, idle wont change. And no you wont need the switch anymore since itll be fully open the whole time. But experiment first and see how you like it. Its easy to reverse the process.

Thanks for the prompt answer the thing is I haven't put my supercharger in just yet still waiting for an elbow that connects to the throttle body to come in this is the reason why I ask.

bump, my drill bit slipped and made a nick by one of the mounting holes but the washers I use will cover it. I am willing to let this plate go for 25shipped.

somebody grab this as it will be the last one I make for awhile

Got the plate in and installed them! Perfect fitment and he even supplied new bolts and washers. +1 coming your way.

It bumped my idle up 200 rpm but thats a quick fix once I get my IACV running. Havent taken it for a run yet. Ill wait till tomorrow to make sure its settled in well (RTV).

Oh dont forget my itrader too

Took her for a spin about an hour ago. Feels like Ive gained a good chunk of low end back. Realistically I believe its because of my idle being bumped up but Ill still leave the door open for the cause being that the plate is flat unlike the vias box with the power rod deleted...little air pocket where the vias cup is...Acceleration is MUCH smoother. Hiccup at low end is totally gone now. Ill chime back in once I have my IACV hooked up properly and can finally adjust it.

As for now, someone buy the last one! Well worth it! BUMP for a great seller.

The bottom right one is a bit hard to reach but nothing drastic. Found it easier to unbolt the bracket thats holding the vac hose in the second pic and pulling it from the IM and also removing the strut bar.

Heres pics of the other side; the direct opposite of the vias box (passenger side). Two bolts to remove.

Hmmm... I might pull the power rod out this weekend and see how it feels and then take it from there.

That's what I'm hoping for... I think my vias isn't working properly, cause it seems to run out of breath when it's supposed to open up from 5 to 6500 rpm. I should probably get an intake for it so i can hear it open up.

The VIAS is known to fail and leave the rod stuck which is one of the bigger reasons why I went this route. Less breakable parts.
