Hey guys, i have my Bose subwoofer I pulled out of my maxima. Had no issues with it for the 3 months it was in my car. Just pulled it out when I put my aftermarket subwoofer in. Anyways, If anyone would like it, i'm offering it for $50 shipped.

 

Mind if I ask what you put in its place?

 

I didn't put a subwoofer in the rear deck, i put a 10 inch Alpine Type R in the trunk. I wanted to put a better system in the car

 

you didnt get a terrible rattle when u took that out? I found that my two 10's work better when the stock sub is in place (of course, not working, just covering up the hole)

 

hmmn, i never really tried it with it there. I just took it out. I thought it would be better to open up the gap to get more air moving into the cabin of the car. Rattle is there, but I think there's more in the trunk. OH YEAH and my rearview mirror, that thing makes so much noise like a *****! i don't know why, but apparently i'm not the only one with that issue.

 

I just did that a few days ago and it didnt seem to make much of a difference. I have my subs against the back seats facing the inside of the car and that works just fine.

the mirror is outsourced, not made by nissan. its a piece of shi t. take it apart and put some thin felt between the mating surfaces.
