I have a 2001 GLE and my sub is bad so I would like to replace it as well. Like the original poster, I would also like to stick with the factory unit. Please message me if you guys still have the factory subs for sale.

 

Thanks for all the input fellow orgers i have purchased a sub and when i install after 4/6 ill let everyone know if i need another AMP but for now im not too certain if the amp is bad. but i know the sub is.

Sorry for taking so long. Can anyone confirm the compatibility between the years for the factory sub. Will my 02 bose sub fit in jaykals 01? Jaykal for now can you get me the part number on your factory sub? I wouldnt want to sell you something that wouldnt work for your car.

I got one out of an 02 maxima. I am not sure if it will work. Get me the part number off the back of the sub so I can compare.

 

I've heard that the 2001 - 2003 subwoofers are compatible but this is not confirmed... not sure how to get the part number.

 

Should be a sticker or stamp on the back of your current sub.

 

My sub is still installed and I really don't want to go in myself if I don't know what I'm doing....I'll just take the chance with your 02' sub.. How much?

 

look in from the trunk up to the rear deck it should be visible. I am not sure what these go for used so make me an offer.
