I have a brand new Bluebat smoke tail light overlay still on the paper.

It's for the left tail light. I swapped for 00-01 SE tail lights so I have no use for this. I'm cleaning out my room and I thought it would be better to put it on here than throw it away. Pay for shipping and it's yours.

I also have a right side overlay, it's not on the paper and it's pretty wrinkled up from me unsuccessfully trying to apply it several times over the summer. It may still be salvageable so if you want it I'll throw that in as well.
