parting out BOSE audio system from 02 maxima.

im going to replace everything in my 02 maxima, ive tested everything but the tape deck, i dont own any tapes, the cd-changer (6 disk in-dash) seamed to work fine, i put disks in it and it played them all and skipped through them, the front door speakers would play music, id like to call myself an audiophile, they werent up to my standards, but they did play music, no crackling or anything just not to my standards as i said, only one rear door speaker played sound, the other did nothing, it could be the amp, it could be the speaker, if i get enough interest ill test them both. the subwoofer sounded fine, not enough umph for me, but it definatly put out enough to make the rear view mirror rattle, so this means the amp works fine also.

if anyone is interested in these parts please let me know what your interested in and ill give you a price quote.

$60 shipped for the subwoofer and the grill, Do you need the metal ring the subwoofer sits on also? im pretty sure its necessary if your adding the subwoofer to a non-sub car.

i havent sold any of this yet, so its still all up for grabs, its going to take some effort to get the screws out of the headunit though, they seem to be welded into place.... from the factory.

i listened to the unit for a good 15 minutes with the sound cranked and nothing cut out on the subwoofer, the cd-player worked fine also, 6 disk in-dash, i have no way to test the tape deck.

subwoofer and head unit for $100 shipped, ill try to get pictures tomorrow and confirm all the lights work, i used it today to test all the door speakers to make sure which one didnt work, it was apparently the rear passenger door speaker that didnt make sound.

when you say all the lights working, im assuming the headunit has a backlights that need to light up, ill check it all out tomorrow.

i dont want to split the two, all the lights on the headunit appear to be working normally, i removed the headunit from the car today, those screws were a pain in the butt!

but back to the subwoofer and board, i dont want to split the two up, im assuming the circuit baord is on the back of the woofer. id just rather ship it with the board and woofer together.

sorry, i can take one tomorrow hopefully, i forgot about taking a picture, its normal wear and looks like all the bose headunits. ill get some pictures tomorrow while im in the garage, i removed the swaybar and A-Arm from the car today, that was a total pain, the swaybar was never meant to be removed once installed.

If you do split the Subwoofer board and speaker for the other guy, I'd take the plain subwoofer.

$65 shipping included sound ok?

How would the subwoofer board be seperated from the subwoofer.

Now, since there are two of you guys wanting the subwoofer, but one wants the board, and the other wants the woofer, ill do $80 shipped on the headunit with the subwoofer board, and ill do $30 shipped on the subwoofer. But im going to need both items to be paid for before ill seperate the subwoofer from its board.

you guys can PM me if that sounds like a plan and we'll figure something out. I do take paypal.

Bump, subwoofer is paid for, still have the front door speakers, the subwoofer grill (has one tab broken) the metal subwoofer plate, the black amplifier in the trunk, the headunit, and the small "board" thats normally bolted to the back of the subwoofer.
