Ebay has some pretty good deals but being in Canada just make sure to get shipping via usps or just order a set of eibach's. Have you taken a good look in the classifieds here?

I will have some Eibach springs in the next little while for sale. And Tokico Illumina struts. Let me know if you are interested.
