I took my car into the dealer the other day and the fixed the problem! I had a rachety sound coming from under the passenger's seat when you sat down on it. They told me that they needed to readjust the seat and that there is this supporting bar underneath the seat that also needed adjustment. Because this car wasn't sitting right, the seat made a rachety sound. It's so much better now.

 

In the last line of the above post, it should say, "Because this seat wasn't sitting right...", and not, "Because this car...". Sorry about that.
