post up a pic and we might be able to make a few educated guesses........or if u want to be more exact, get a light guage(it might be a bit expensive.....maybe borrow one from your biology department if your in college)
usually if its so dark that u cant see through it......5%
very dark, but you can see a small amount of detail........20%
dark, but you can see pretty much everything inside..........35%
(these are all assuming that you are in broad daylight)
