I have a shop but it's not in NY. I used to live in CT and I have a place up there that's very reputable. The place is called Tint4Less. It's located in Bridgeport CT and the owner's named Lenny. He did both my 92 Integra and my current Bimmer. He has pics of all the cars that he does on his wall. Give him a call and tell him that Phil with the Black BMW from NY sent you. He has almost every kind of tint inclding faux carbon fiber sheets. Here's his number 1-203-336-5539. Hope that helps. Directions are fairly simple to get there. Exit 29 off i-95, left at the bottom of the ramp, go straight until you cross the train tracks at which point, you take a right at the light right after the tracks, go straight through 2 traffic lights and it'll be on your right. Call him to double check the directions though.

There are 2 places.

1. Movin' On Sounds in Franklin Square, NY (Long Island)

2. Detailing Dynamics in Port Washington. I had my 3M film done there and the price is OK..not great, but I like their work. They do Porches, etc..

Let me know if you need directions or whatever.

Andy

i know speed world, a few minutes from my house, but it's like they look so blah, selling everything. i like going to places that specialize in stuff like that. i'm thinking of just having it done where i had it done a few years back on my 3rd gen. it's called TintNYC and it's acroos the street and up the block from speedworld. i believe it's a green or orange awning and they also sell those mini motorcycles

You need to have connections, I just happen to network well. Besides, If I didn't have these connections, how would I be able to help people out? In any case, I hope that you have whatever you need done resolved and that my connections are able to help.

Oh yeah, and the tint shop's owner name is Lenny, not Larry. Don't get it confused, I don't know how he might take it
