I get the is high pitched squeak from what sounds like my rear wheels after I had my brakes done. New rotors and pads were put on the front and only new pads on the back.

Rotors and pads are Bendix...what could be causing this noise? Car brakes the nuts now but I inherited a metallic squeak...sounds like I have mice in my wheels! Really hear it good when going along a wall with the windows down..

Any ideas to tell the mechanic who did it?

 

you need brake grease on shims and pins

 

I have it too, even with the shims?
