No launch.
No reving it up and slipping the clutch, they start at 5mph with clutch fully engaged and just floor it.
On auto trans they dont torque break, just floor it in 1st at 5mph. Biggest time diff's I think would be the manual transmissions. A car like a WRX would suffer alot not being able to rev to 5k and dump the clutch. They use that figure to simulate a street launch where two cars may not go with an all out launch and instead just floor it after rolling.
