question about taking my car for service

if you were to have mods on your car such as intake and other stuff that might void warranty is it ok to take your car with the mods to get service or must they be removed when you take it in for service?

it depends on what you are taking it in for. if the mod has something to do with the system you are taking in for warranty work and can be removed somewhat easily then i would remove it. ive got an intake, y pipe, rsb and fstb. ive had rotors, pads and motor mounts replaced all under warranty with all my mods on the car. lucky for me, my dealer doesnt really care.
