Hooray for cabin microfiltration!!!
There's a bunch of wildfires in the surrounding area I live right now. I went outside and you can actually taste the smoke in the air. It's really, really bad. The Max in parked in the garage, where it doesn't smell like smoke, so I drive to the store (about a 5 mintue drive) and totally forget about the smoke. The minute I park and get out of the car in the parking lot the smoke hits my lungs. Not a scent of smoke inside the car the entire trip!! Kudos to the in-cabin microfiltration system!!

actually...
in the winter, the houses around me are constantly using their fireplaces. I've had filters installed since 2000, but for some reason they dont do well cutting down the smokey smell in my car when I drive thru it.

There have been a couple wildfires where I live and I smelled the smoke inspite of the microfilter. Sure you weren't driving downwind or something?
What good is a cabin microfilter when the A/C smells like mayonnaise everytime you turn it on?
Nissan and their infernal gadgetry.

Over here in Western WA, there's a city called Tacoma. Lot of industrial stuff there. When you drive past on I-5, you can smell it, and the microfilter hasn't helped that too much as far as I can tell.
