RSB noise

Guys,
after installing Addco RSB, I noticed that my car have much better handling. But there seems to have a new problem. Somehow, everytime I drive through a dip, I would hear a boom sound esp when tere is people seating on my back seat. you guys know if that is normal?

this is not normal. you probably installed it too close towards the back of the car. that is what happened to me with my stillen rsb. I just had to move it bak to make sure it lines up directly under the beam.

actually, my guess is that the noise you are hearing is coming from the passenger side bracket slamming into a piece of metal right above the cross beam. you need to slide that bracket inward towards the middle of the beam so that it clears the piece of metal above it that it is slamming into when the suspension is compressed.

i had the same problem. i tried grinding the bracket down a little but that still didnt help. i think your only choice is to move the bracket inward a few inches.

So did I. Moved the axle brackets inward approximately 2 1/2-3" to keep the passenger-side bracket from hitting the stabilizer bar where it attaches to the body.
