Oh, you know there will be a loop around my lights and hood release cable...

 

and it triggers the car alarm? NICE!

alarm goes off on 2k2s when the hood is popped.


only problem is, the HIDs flash with the alarm. i dont like that.

 

problem is they can hacksaw the tabs and pull.. without even lifting the hood.. AND they can also clip the hood pin wire with a tool.

this is pretty extreme and *I* may not really need it.. but I know those NYC peeps may after their 3rd set of lights

 

sounds like a plan to me - and it's only $15 - you definitely can't go wrong with that, esp. in nyc~ *waiting for the write-up* thanks tim!!!!
