Need help with a squeak

I had my 2K1 with 45k on it in for service on Friday, just an oil change and tire rotation(free). On Saturday morning I washed my car and did the tires, dressing in all, I also sprayed the underbody really well with the hose and cleaned the wheel wells with a rag. I didn't notice anything until Sunday morning but now I have noticed a squeak from the right rear of the car. I have checked the lug nuts and they are tightened. I couldn't notice anything under the car, what gives? Hopefully someone has had a similar experience. Thanks in advance.

i dont see it listed in your sig but i thought i'd ask: do you have a rear sway bar? i had a lot of squeeking coming from the driver side rear of my car because of my RSB.
