Chick hit my car (Anybody with a sarona kit, Ineed a new bumper)

Some drunk a$$ chick hit my parked car last night. The whole bumper is smashed, plus some other damage. Lucky me that a cop was just around the corner and saw the whole thing. I want to replace my original bumper with the sarona design bumper, but I need some feed back from people that have it on their cars. How does it fit, and were there any problems with putting it on, also how good of a quality material is it made out of?
BTW, the chick tried denying the whole thing even when the cops told her that they saw what happended, and showed her the front bumper from her Ford Probe right next to my car. Can we say "blonde"

Since she was drunk, did they lock her up?

Yep she was sitting in the back of the cop car with hand cuffs on. She's in trouble, but I dont feel sorry since she tried running and if she indeed did ran away I would be stuck with paying for it
