Has any 5th Gen done the 1/4 with 15" wheels
I'm thinking of swapping my wife's 15" wheels off of her 96 with my 17" at the track. I'm hoping it might give me a couple .10s.
I figure that the rotating mass would be significantly reduced.
Has anyone tried this? Results? Any thoughts?

I have not run my car @ track, but ycan tell that you should be able to see a minor difference. I had stock 15" steel wheels on (15lbs) and the car was quick. In contrast, after putting on 21-lb 18"s the car has slowed down a lot. Those 15" alloys are not much lighter than 17"s...
