Im about to go and install/dyno a Injen intake on my 03 Max.

Should I expect some louder resonation at the 3800 ~ 4000 point when the VIAS kicks in with the Injen ?

Im kind of hoping it will =) But, looking for some experienced answers from you guys =)

No, but yes.

Over stock, yes you will. But it is a ton quieter than the Frankencar.

 

Just got back from dynoing before and after.. Ill be posting graphs later..=)

It is much louder than stock.. but really only beginning at 4k~ish.. 6500-7000 rpms is screaming ! =P

I hate to think how loud the frankencar one is..

 

So what were your numbers? How much over did it provide? And what climate are you in?

Im having problems with my scanner at home.. So I will have to scan it at work here shortly..

I live in Houston Texas, and its rather humid/hot here.. but like 50 feet above sea level.

i'm interested in numbers and ESP the plots so yuo can see the HP curves. also did you get the dynojet viewer files???? so they can be overlayed with other dynoes.
