Eatricezone.com and avalonracing.net usually have good prices. Depends on where you're at if you want to go local (taxes vs shipping).

It's not a cat back. The HKS for the Maxima is just the rear section, from the rear axle back. Expensive for what you get IMO

The HKS is just a rear section exhaust but if you want a full catback with the HKS you'll need to get a custom b-pipe made(at least 2.5")

I used to have the HKS with a custom-b pipe without a resonator and that sh*t was LOUD

A little too loud for my taste. I now have the Greddy Catback and the deep tone it emits is music to my ears

I've seen the HKS exhaust for $400, and the Greddy for $520+. So the only difference is the $120 for the B-pipe, right? If you can get a straight-through B-pipe for $120, the prices are about the same.

Maybe you can, but the quality of going to be garbage. Very few custom exhaust shops will make a mandrel-bent pipe for you.
Just go with the Greddy EVO or the Apexi cat-back.
I believe Cattman & Warpspeed also make cat-back's for the 5th gen.

Of those mentioned, I've heard the HKS sounds the best, not too loud and not ricey. Of course, that's all a matter of opinion. Also, I prefer the look of the dual tips on the HKS. I'm sure the Cattman and Warpspeed exhausts work well to free up the exhaust flow, but they just don't have the clean finish of the big makers. I'd even consider buying the Stillen B-pipe to go with the HKS exhaust.

Crap, that's why I couldn't find it on their website. Well, maybe a vendor like Avalon or EatRiceZone has one in stock. Or maybe you can find the rest of the catback piping from another kit and use it with the HKS? Might require some custom piping to connect the b-pipe to the muffler.

WTF , I never knew they made one for the 5th gen, I thought they would come out with one, since they make one for the 4th gen.
