I currently own an 00 Black SE as well as an "arrest-me-red" '93 SHO with a five speed. It is indeed a very fast car. I think my Max(even with the auto) is comparable. I've not raced with my son (who uses the SHO now) so I'm not sure who's faster. I miss the great exhaust note of the SHO during hard acceleration, but I wouldn't trade it back for my BLCKMAX. No comparison in the fit and finish of the ford vs Maxima.

I totally agree with you Blckmax, I would not trade my MAX for a SHO for anything. It just doesn't compare, on a overall basis. Now if we are talking about a SC Thunderbird I might do a double take on that one!
