how do you remove DOME LIGHT!?

Can someone tell how to remove the dome light piece(not the one next to the sunroof). And the little plastic caps over the babys seatbelt restraint **** thing in the rear next to the sub.

Pop a small screwdriver in the slot towards the front of the dome light and pry it off.

The plastic caps are a piece of cake. Push them in and upward.
