My First problem with car happened...

Today...I was driving down a street that has a slight decline to it. Took my feet off the gas to ease the speed, then press the accelerator slighty and my RPM levels along with engine started to skip...I did it again...and IT DID IT AGAIN!!! hhhmmmm.
Anyone experience any unsteady idiling/aceleration under 2000RPM's!!
Not sure if it's the gas...but I do use STP gas treatment on every fillup of premium gas!!

i was told to never
use an additive in my gas. it fouls the injectors. When my car was not idling well, they told me to use some injector cleaner, but to only use 25%-50% of the recommended amount.. and to only use it once, see what happens, then maybe some more a few tanks later.
I have
This has happened to me a couple of times early in the morning. It seems like the car is not warmed up all the way and....sometimes even when the car is warmed up it takes a mile or two going down the road to get the juices flowing.
What year is your car? I have a problem with mine when it is cold. It jerks or skips. I took it to the dealership and of course, it doesn't do this when they drive it. Drives me nuts!! Mine occurs befor 2000 rpms also. Does this sound similar?
I have the same thing

I know it's no use to take it to the dealer.. cuz they are just gonna tell me "can't duplicate the sympton.."

No need to worry guys, my 96 5 speed does the same thing. It is annoying, but is easily avoided by using a lower gear to stay off the annoying 1800 rpm "jolt". My car only does this during the first moments of running during colder weather. Since it only happens during warm up and in cold weather, I think it is pretty clear that this is a special "rich running" fuel program intended to warm up the motor as soon as possible. What you are experincing is most likely a lot of gas being dumped into the cylinder and the low rpm isn't burning it fast enough (ie flooding the motor). The ECU sees that the motor is becoming slightly flooded and starts in with a new program.
With a cold motor, you don't want to run it at a really low rpm anyways. You should keep it in the 2500-3000 rpm range. Even on the coldest day, you should start you car and begin driving as soon as the oil pressure is at normal or about 30-60 seconds after starting it. A engine under load will warm up much faster.

So this isn't anything to worry about, right? It isn't damaging to my car then? I was considering trading my car in because of it. My Nissan dealership said that my car was the only one that did it. After I put in the Stillen Intake, they returned my car to me and said they can't look at it because of my mod.
