Philips HID Light Kit
#2
I agree the plasmas alone are not bright enough but if you combine them with some piaa superwhite h3 fog bulbs you will throw plenty of light on the road. Now if you have a gxe and no fogs then i would probably get the HID for a few hundred bucks more than foglights and piaas cost.

http://www.XenonShop.com has the best deals on true Philips HID beam corrected bulb kits. But, remember that you lose your high beams.

I have a few suggestions, including the Xenon Shop. Look at http://www.fourthrock.com/maxima/2k_parts_list.html, and scroll down to "Lighting", for some pricing.
Give us some feedback if you go with HIDs (or a conversion kit). I'm itchin' to do it myself, but have heard the present headlight lenses cause problems.
